Football Helmets

(read on for )

Hello! Welcome to the WSU 1903 Project! This web site features scanned in images from the WSU Chinook 1903 edition!!! Both my wife and I are alumni (1989) and we
make a living by finding unrecognized valuables and selling them to people that are willing to pay for them. For the last 10 years that has primarily been used
books (http://www.britedaybooks.com), videos, CD, vintage ads, etc. Well, recently, my wife was working in a thrift store and found, in a recycle bin, an original
copy of the 1903 Chinook yearbook!!! Wow!! It is not in great condition, but still it is a historical artifact over 100 years old. Certainly nobody shown in it would
still be alive. However, some of their relatives might be. And, anybody who has ever attended Washington State University would likely find it interesting.

Thus, the WSU 1903 Project was born. This is how we are going to work it... to scan all of the hundreds of pages would require much too much effort before publishing this to
the Internet. So, we are going to get the website up and running. We will populate it with various articles that would seem to be of interest to the college crowd.
Then, as time and interest allow, more and more will be scanned in and available. Please bookmark us and check back from time to time. You might also tell your
friends and family... we will try to get up one of those email thingies soon. If the site is getting good traffic, we will be working on it for sure. Enjoy!

We will try to include some text commentary on each page. There is a lot of history about Washington State University in this volume! Football fans may be interested in what it was like way back when :-)
